The virtue of a 93 year old from Bordeaux

With friends drank the Cos d'Estournel 1928 next to the Gruaud-Larose 1928. The Cos 1928 was magically in shape and no doubt a rare experience to drink a wine of 93 years that is simply heavenly. Incredibly harmonious with wonderful freshness. The age lends this wine an almost healing dimension: A soothing elixir, telling you that life actually can be truly caring and wonderful. A wonderful experience and actually one of the best Cos d'Estournel's I have ever had the pleasure to drink! Wow! The Gruaud Larose suffered the fate of many an old wine and was gone a long time ago.
