    • Please be aware the wines are stored in dedicated cellars elsewhere. So we require a minimum of 2 days between payment and shipment
    • Please 'Add to Cart for Request' in order to start processing your request, and then submit request
    • Shopping cart requests are not binding
    • We deliver our wines worldwide
    • Since we are selling privately no taxes can be deducted

Inquiring/ordering process

ADD TO CART

If you do not receive a reply within 48 hours, please send an email to info@wineisuppose.com and we'll get back to you asap.

Add all wines you would want to purchase to the 'add to Cart'. When you added the last wine, fill out your contact information and full delivery address. And 'submit request'.

E-MAIL WITH SHIPPING INFO

We get back to you by e-mail with info on availability and shipping options.
CONFIRM ORDER You may confirm your order by replying to us by e-mail or pay.
INVOICE & PAY Payment of the invoice by bank-transfer (to our bank account in the Netherlands which is listed on the invoice) will automatically trigger the delivery process
DELIVERY As soon as the payment has been received, we will ship your wines. Please allow 2 days as the wines are stored in dedicated cellars elsewhere.

 

Delivery cost

    We deliver wines at cost with courier delivery service. The delivery cost depends on the number and size of the bottles and the delivery location. We only ship with full insurance as experience has taught us this unfortunately is necessary.

    No returns accepted

    All our wines are stored in excellent conditions in underground cellars. We offer the very best products available, which is reflected by the outstanding ullage levels. We do not accept returns.
