Marc Colin, Le Montrachet 2009 Grand Cru
Final assemblage prepared and tasted at the Domaine. The nose demands coaxing from the glass; limestone, nettle, fresh green apple and a touch of smoke. The palate has a lovely white peach tinged entry, very fine balance, a wine that is quite simply, a darling. I cannot put it better than that! Tasted January 2011. |
