The 2015 Barbaresco Pajè shows some fruit ripeness with cherry cola and balsam herb. Those two descriptors are very clearly identified in my opinion, and they give the bouquet a consistent, even-footed approach. The Pajè reveals the sunshine and fruit weight that characterized this vintage; however, the wine never strays far from the elegance that is a hallmark of the Roagna house style.
