A much spicier and elegant nose reflects notes of dark currant, black cherry, violet and a whiff of sandalwood. The supple, round and utterly delicious medium-bodied flavors are shaped by much finer-grained tannins before delivering excellent persistence on the solidly complex finale. This too is very well-made and worth considering. *Outstanding*
